Born at Night: A Dedication to Africa My Motherland

In collaboration with The Miami Lighthouse for the Blind Music Program

When the crow flies at midnight you

can hear the wolf’s cry in the wind.

The moon shines down to guide me, I reminisce

When the night air flows by, I can feel the hairs stand up on my skin.

Cold the night is but my soul is on fire

So I know I was born at night.
